I look for females, preferably between the ages of 18 and 40 years, though I do employ people older if they demonstrate the qualities I look for.
You are able to fit into the job requirements easier if you don’t have children and are flexible with your work shifts, though some of my best staff have children and both they and I work around any concerns.
